the Groupwise Mailclient (yes, we do still have a GW Server here) crashes all the time. Audio issues, especially during Teams meetings where I completely loose connnection and sometimes need to reboot the VM and in certain cases the Ubuntu host as well.Typing massively delayed, Outlook freezing, Windows cannot be moved, Really really bad performance on the Windows VM.I experience more and more cumbersome issues, like Last but not least Microsoft Office for daily work (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Planner, ToDo, Visio, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint), and some Windows or Web based ERP tools. Other tools I use include Chocolatey (also used for some customers), the Sysinternals suite, Wireshark, Fluent Search, AHK, Ditto, Snagit, Notepad++, Roboform (personal tool), Keepass, etc. With mixed results (Terminator works much better for me). I'm using Windows-Terminal more and more, mostly as the base for ssh to customer systems, but also to access the WSL2 Linux which run on the Windows VM as well. I use mostly PowerShell ISE, just because I did not yet get the grip Visual Studio Code, yet. We also manage lots of Office 365 tenants, where I for my convenience use Brave Browser with profiles for each tenant, and Office 365/Azure Powershell scripts. Customer run Hyper-V hosts or VMWare hosts, too. I manage many customer machines either through Remote Desktop Manager (RDP and VNC, mostly), or via Teamviewer (we use NinjaRMM as remote management solution since a couple of months). On the other hand, I spend by far most of my working time on the local Win 10 VM which I access with Remote Viewer from the Ubuntu window manager, displaying it on both screens. The focus of our company shifts a bit away from Linux. Our AD environment is based on Samba, but is about to be migrated to Windows AD next year. For office work I use Libre Office here, but less and less.

Hardware like Logitech headset and webcam are passed through to the Win 10 VM.
